Terms & Conditions


Trips are billed to the customer’s Credit Card or Corporate account. Regent Limousine Service accepts the following credit cards:

  • American Express
  • Master Card
  • Visa

The following additional charges will be applicable:

  • Parking
  • Fuel surcharge
  • Ferry cost
  • Cell Phone
  • Travel Time

Out of Town Trips

Any out of town trip may require and/or be subject to additional fees for meals and accommodations for the drivers.

Current Rates

When current rates are confirmed at the time reservation is made they may still subject to change.

Additional Base Fare

Trips starting and finishing between 11:00pm and 5:00 am will be charged an additional ½ hour of the base fare. Regent Limousine Service allows 15 minutes grace period time.

Cancellation And No Show Fees


Sedans, SUVs and Vans within four hours of scheduled pick up will result in a hour charge.

Specialty vehicles such as Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Executive Vans, Buses and Mini Coaches with less than 48 hours notice will be charged hourly minimum.

No Show

Will be charged full fare plus gratuity and tax. In order to void the charges call our toll free number listed our website 1-877-778-4777.


Regent Limousine Service shall not be responsible for lost or damaged baggage, personal, or any items left in the vehicles.

Regent Limousine Service shall not be held liable for conditions beyond its control including:

  • Weather
  • Road Conditions
  • Breakdown of Vehicle

Mask Requirements

All our chauffeurs will be wearing masks for all transportation services until further notice; we do ask all our valued clients to wear a mask during their trip as well. If you don’t have one, Regent Limousine staff would be happy to provide one as we have plenty on hand at all times.


Hand Sanitizer

For your safety and comfort, hand sanitizer is provided to each client before they enter the vehicle. All Regent chauffeurs will also be using hand sanitizer frequently during the trip for client safety.


Sanitizing Standards

Chauffeurs will be sanitizing the main contact points on the exterior of car such as door handles as well as the interior of the vehicle using Lysol wipes before and after each trip to ensure the safety of all our clients.


Luggage Handling

We understand during this time, our clients may not want to have our chauffeur handling their luggage. Our chauffeurs will ask each client if you would like us to handle your luggage and, if so, our chauffeurs will be required sanitize their hands before after handling luggage.
